Transformation

What is this....


FTDD is basically all about transferring Technology and Work Processes from General Industry Projects to the Building Industry Project.


In the Building Industry Project Execution is - in especially Denmark - based on very Old Traditions for Engineering and Construction with very little increase in efficiency to show for over the last decades.

Example - Engineering:

The Consulting Engineers does not finalize the project but only brings it to an Bidding Level (RFP), and then the selected Sub-Contractor has to bring the Engineering Project the rest of the way to the Finish Line
